How To Enjoy Spinach And Other Green Leaves


Eaten by themselves or with vinegar, or in salads...Spinach, Kale, and other green leaves can be hard to enjoy.

Place them in a milky soup with rice milk, normal milk, or soya milk and the leaves now taste wonderful in the soup. The leaves give the soup fantasitc flavor and color. Use salmon in the soup, or leave it just milky without the salmon.

Of course, use salt in the soup to give it flavor. You can also drop in potato chunks, potato puree, and other combinations to thicken and flavor the soup.
